Joe has a background in computer science and systems engineering.
During his professional career, Joe worked with several Government agencies and private companies developing various systems and processes for a great range of projects.
While having a successful career as an engineer, Joe ventured into the world of real estate in order to strengthen his retirement portfolio.
Joe’s background as a problem-solver engineer has given him a unique toolset in real estate to come up with creative, and sometimes unconventional, solutions to help land seller in North Texas.
Joe officially retired as an engineer in January 2024. Since then, all his focus and attention has shifted into a partnership with Homero Corona in order to help land sellers monetize their acreage in North Texas.
Homero has been an active investor in real estate since 2018.
After getting his real estate license, Homero started working directly with sellers in difficult situations who needed to sell their property but were unable to list it in the traditional market.
Homero has done it all when it comes to investing in real estate. Today, he does several fix&flips a year and has built a strong investing portfolio with rentals.
The side of real estate that Homero enjoys the most is facilitating home ownership, through owner financing, to challenged buyers who are unable to qualify for a traditional mortgage.
Homero & Joe’s partnership allows them to rely on each other’s expertise in order to provide a quick, easy, and positive experience with land sellers.
